Currently, in the European groupage forwarding network System Alliance Europe 51 partners from 26 countries are actively participating. In the first quarter of 2012 a total of 181 branches processed 852,581 consignments with a weight of 407,644 tons. The total quantity of consignments within the network amounted to 3.36 Mio in 2011. This means an increase of 8.1 % compared to the previous year. The weight amounted to 1.66 Mio tons. Currently, a quantity of 1,658 lines will be driven several times per week to several times per day. The customer will find a constantly increasing network regarding consolidation and departure frequency.

Quality Development

In 2011, the System Alliance Europe network partners continuously increased their Degree of Performance, which summarizes important quality criteria, e.g. delivery, loading and status quality. With regard to the previous year this value has been improved from 93.31% to 94.29% in 2011, whereas the number of quality criteria has further increased.

Uwe Meyer emphasized System Alliance Europe’s requirements: „Excellent quality – throughout Europe – combined with a wide range of services will finally result in absolute customer satisfaction.“

System Alliance Europe is a cargo network combining the competencies of leading medium-sized logistic service providers. We offer customers a European platform for groupage transport through their own regional partner. Organizational and IT guidelines guarantee high quality standards, transparent processes and reliable handling of shipments.
