In 2017, the European cargo network transported a total of 4,137,676 consignments. This is almost 2.3 percent more than in 2016. The tonnage last year was 1.609 million tons.

‘For 2017, due to the termination of Raben, the annual target was decreased to 4 million consignments. The partners have significantly put more consignments in the network and have even exceeded the amount of 2016 - we did not expect this positive development’, said Uwe Meyer, Managing Director of the System Alliance Europe Agency.

The Shareholder Assembly has decided to expand the territory in the EU and some non-EU countries. In total, twenty more countries are to be connected to the net in the next few years, including Eastern Europe as well as the Maghreb states.

Currently, the cooperation consists of 57 partners in 32 European countries with 179 branches.
